Our Story
True North Contracting & Maintenance was established in 2024 by Crystal and Michael Bishop — a husband-and-wife team with over 40 years of combined experience in property maintenance and general contracting.
Based in Bancroft, Ontario, we're a small, locally owned, family-run operation. We're not a big corporation — we're your neighbours. When you call, you talk to us directly. When we schedule, we show up. When we finish, we follow up.
We chose to stay small on purpose. It means we can give every job the attention it deserves, and every customer the respect they've earned.
